For an iced matcha latte, whisk approximately 2–3g of matcha with a small amount of warm water until smooth, then pour over ice and add your choice of milk.

How to Prepare Usucha

For a traditional bowl of thin matcha:

• Matcha: 1–2g
• Water: 60–70ml
• Water Temperature: 75–80°C / 167–176°F

Sift the matcha into a matcha bowl, add the hot water, and whisk briskly with a bamboo whisk until a fine layer of froth forms. Enjoy immediately.
