We ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination. You’ll be able to view the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

For international customers: Because Nishizawa En does not typically collect duties or taxes at checkout, it’s important to understand what import charges may apply upon delivery in your country.

For international shipping, we typically use USPS for shipping, and we have stopped using UPS due to surprise fees imposed by them. 

Important: International customers are responsible for any additional charges that may apply upon delivery, including but not limited to import duties, tariffs, customs fees, and brokerage charges. These fees are imposed by your country’s customs agency and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Nishizawa En does not accept responsibility for these charges and any issues related to customs.
