How to Prepare
Usucha (Thin Matcha)

Ingredients:
- 1 tsp (2g) matcha powder
- 2.5 fl. oz (75ml) hot water at 175–185°F (80–85°C)

- Sift the matcha powder into a warm, dry tea bowl.
- Pour the hot water over the matcha.
- Whisk vigorously with a chasen (bamboo whisk) in a “W” or “M” motion until a fine layer of froth forms.
