Premium Japanese Matcha from Kagoshima
Sourced directly from one of Japan’s largest tea farms and produced under strict quality control, Ou no Kaori is a high-grade matcha grown and manufactured entirely in Kagoshima, a region known for its warm climate and rich volcanic soil.

How to Prepare (Usucha – thin matcha):

Matcha: approx. 2g (about 1 teaspoon)

Hot water: 60 ml

Water temperature: ~80°C (176°F)

Sift the matcha into a pre-warmed tea bowl to avoid clumps.

Add hot water.

Whisk briskly using a bamboo whisk (chasen) in a “W” motion until a fine froth appears on the surface.
