How to Prepare Organic Asanoka Matcha (Usucha Style)
You will need:

1.5–2g of matcha (about 1 teaspoon)

60–70 ml (2–2.5 oz) of hot water (75–80°C / 167–176°F)

Bamboo whisk (chasen), matcha bowl (chawan), and sifter
Steps:

Sift the matcha into your bowl to remove clumps.

Warm the bowl and whisk with hot water, then discard and dry.

Add the matcha powder, followed by hot water.

Whisk briskly in a zigzag motion until a fine froth forms.

Enjoy immediately, noting the tea’s clarity, color, and flavor depth.
