Ummon matcha is a delightful blend of rich umami, a deep emerald green hue, and a sweet aroma, making it an experience worth savoring.
“Overall, Ummon offers a smooth, approachable flavor profile. Its pleasant taste starts with a burst of sweetness and umami that gracefully lingers into the aftertaste.”
Since Ummon is so universally loved, it’s my go-to for sharing with family, friends, and anyone else. I recommend preparing it slightly stronger to fully appreciate its depth and impact.
