How to Prepare Matcha (Usucha Style)
What you’ll need:

2g of Byakko Matcha

Hot water (70–80°C or 158–176°F)

Matcha sifter

Chawan (matcha bowl)

Chasen (bamboo whisk)
Steps:

Sift the matcha into the bowl to ensure a lump-free, silky result.

Add about 2 oz (60 ml) of hot water.

Whisk quickly in a “W” motion with your chasen until the surface becomes creamy and frothy.
