Brewing Instructions
Prepare a perfect cup of Gokujo Hojicha using this easy recipe:

Measure the Leaves
- Use 4 tablespoons (10 g / 0.35 oz) of tea leaves.
- Add the leaves to a kyusu (Japanese teapot) or your preferred teapot.

Add Hot Water
- Pour 240 mL (8 oz) of water at 100°C (212°F) over the leaves.
- Use freshly boiled water for the best flavor.

Brew
- Allow the tea to steep for 30 seconds without stirring or disturbing the leaves.
