Harukaze, meaning “Spring Wind,” is a limited edition high-grade stone-milled matcha from Nishizawa En made in Uji, Kyoto. A vibrant, harmonious green matcha with soft floral complexity that feels like a refreshing spring wind in every sip.

How to Prepare Harukaze Usucha (Thin Matcha)
Matcha: 2g (1 heaping chashaku or ½ tsp)
Water: 70–80ml (2.5 oz) at 80°C / 176°F
Tools: chawan, chasen, chashaku
- Preheat the chawan with hot water, discard and dry
- Sift the matcha into the bowl
- Add hot water (not boiling)
- Whisk quickly in a W or M motion until frothy
How to Prepare Iced Harukaze Matcha Latte
Matcha: 3g
Water: 70–80ml (3 oz) at 80°C / 176°F
Milk: 4 oz oat milk (or milk of choice)
Tools: chawan, chasen, chashaku, glass with ice
- Preheat chawan, discard and dry
- Sift matcha
- Add hot water (not boiling)
- Whisk until smooth and frothy
- Pour over ice, add milk, and stir
