How to Enjoy

• Mix 1 part powder with 10 parts milk or soy milk.
• For soy milk, we recommend Bonsoy, a popular choice in Australia for café drinks.
• Add the powder after pouring milk or soy milk into the cup for easier mixing.
• Using a hand frother creates an even smoother, more delicious latte.
• Although it’s called a “latte,” it tastes best when mixed gently without incorporating too much air.
• For a more latte‑like presentation, top with separately frothed milk or whipped cream.
• Can be prepared hot or iced.
  Note: When heating soy milk, avoid temperatures above 70°C to prevent scorching.
