Brewing Instructions
Follow these steps to prepare Kaboku for a perfectly balanced cup:

Measure the Leaves
- Use 2 tablespoons (10 g / 0.35 oz) of tea leaves.
- Place them in a kyusu (Japanese teapot) or your preferred teapot.

Add Hot Water
- Pour 210 mL (7 oz) of water at 80°C (176°F) over the leaves.
- To achieve the right temperature, cool freshly boiled water by transferring it to another vessel before pouring.

Brew
- Let the tea steep for 60 seconds without stirring or disturbing the leaves.
