Brewing Instructions

1. Measure the Leaves

   • Use 2 tablespoons (10 g / 0.35 oz) of tea leaves.
   • Place them in a kyusu (Japanese teapot) or your preferred teapot.

2. Add Hot Water

   • Pour 210 mL (7 oz) of water at 80°C (176°F) over the leaves.
   • To achieve the right temperature, cool freshly boiled water by transferring it to another vessel before pouring.

3. Brew

   • Let the tea steep for 60 seconds without stirring or disturbing the leaves.

4. Serve

   • Pour every last drop into your favorite teacup or mug to capture the tea’s full essence.
