How to Prepare Matcha (Traditional Usucha Style)
What you’ll need:
- 1 serving (approx. 2g) of Raijin Matcha
- Hot water (70–80°C or 158–176°F)
- A small sifter
- Chawan (matcha bowl)
- Chasen (bamboo whisk)
