How to Prepare Matcha (Traditional Usucha Style)
What you’ll need:

1 serving (approx. 2g) of Ryujin Matcha

Hot water (70–80°C or 158–176°F)

A small sifter

Chawan (matcha bowl)

Chasen (bamboo whisk)
Steps:

Sift the matcha into the bowl to remove clumps and ensure a smooth texture.
