What’s Included:

• Kotone (琴音)
  Our most luxurious matcha, awarded the Grand Gold Award at the International Tea Competition. Rich in umami and beautifully aromatic, Kotone is perfect for special moments or ceremonial use.

• Chikusen (竹泉)
  A high-quality, well-balanced matcha that shines as both usucha (thin tea) and koicha (thick tea). Its smooth richness and versatility make it a favorite among tea lovers.

• Kuretake (呉竹)

How to Prepare:

1. Sift the matcha to remove clumps.

2. Add 2 scoops (approx. 2g) into a tea bowl.

3. Pour in 70ml of hot water (about 80°C / 176°F).

4. Whisk briskly with a bamboo chasen until a fine froth appears.
