How to Prepare Your Goku Mukashi Matcha

For Koicha (Thick Matcha)

Ingredients: 3.5g (approximately 2 teaspoons) of Goku Mukashi Matcha, 40ml (1.35 fl oz) of hot water (80°C / 176°F)

Sift the matcha into a tea bowl to remove any clumps.

Using a bamboo whisk (chasen), mix slowly in a circular motion until the matcha becomes smooth and thick like a paste.
