Each 10g filter bag is nitrogen-flushed prior to sealing. This displaces oxygen to protect the roasted aromatics and maintain freshness over time. The built-in cardboard hangers lock securely onto standard cups for a stable, controlled brewing foundation.

Technical Brewing Parameters

For proper extraction, use a preheated cup with a diameter of less than 9cm and maintain a water temperature of approximately 90°C (194°F).

1. Tap the bag gently so the coffee grounds settle at the bottom, then tear along the dotted line to open.
2. Expand the left and right hangers with both hands and set them firmly onto the rim of your cup.
3. Pour a small amount of hot water over the grounds to initiate the bloom. Wait 20 seconds.
4. Slowly pour the remaining hot water in 2 to 3 separate intervals until the extraction is complete.
