Takasago Matcha – Uji Tea

Preparation Instructions:

1. Sift the matcha to eliminate any clumps and ensure a smooth brew.

2. Measure 2 scoops (about 2g) into a tea bowl using a chashaku.

3. Add 70ml of hot water at approximately 80°C (176°F).

4. Whisk with a chasen using a back-and-forth motion until a fine froth forms. Finish with a gentle swirl and lift the whisk from the center for an elegant touch.
